The life expectancy of the population increases steadily and accordingly, the number of seniors in our society, percentage and absolute increase constantly. Already today living in Germany about 3.5 million very old people with 80 or more years of life. In 2020 there will be more than 6 million and in 2050 expected to about 10 million people. An increase for the next 40 years by nearly 200%. By the increasing aging of our society, the general care probability rises continuously.
